• Interpreting service cancellations received with less than 24 hour notice, will require full compensation (mileage and service time).
• Payment for translation services is required prior to receiving translated documents.
• Fees for translation services are non-refundable. We do offer free corrections if errors are found. 
• Fees for notary services are non-refundable. We do offer free corrections if errors are found.
• Fees for application services are non-refundable and we cannot guarantee any approvals.
• We do not offer any legal advice. For legal advice please contact an attorney in your area.
